Are you available 24/7?

Our office hours are 8:00am – 4:30pm Monday through Friday, however we are always available to take your call in the event of emergency.

Do you guarantee your work?

Of course! All our work is completed with a guarantee, giving you peace of mind that the provided service is performed correctly.

Are you licensed?

Yes – all our plumbers and gas fitters are fully licensed.

My bathroom has a leak - is it worth calling a plumber?

Although a leak may seem like a simple fix, unless you are a licensed professional it is impossible to tell whether there is an underlying cause that could cause major problems down the track. It is always best to call a professional to get things done right the first time.

I have no hot water; what happened?

It is likely your hot water system needs a service, or perhaps your tempering valve is broken. We are fully qualified to provide these services to you and will endeavour to resolve the problem as quickly as possible.

I tried to fix the problem myself, will you still work on it?

Yes. Experienced tradesmen will perform every job – and apprentices will be fully supervised at all times.
